HELP US HELP OTHERS.
As many Philadelphians are well aware the violence in the city has been on the rise and almost everyone knows someone who has been affected. I happen to know several people. On Saturday May 10th, 2008 a friend and supporter of Healthy Music Matters was assaulted and robbed at knife point while driving his cab. A portion of his ear was bitten off he had no insurance. We organized a fundraiser for him although he is not an artist his love for the arts goes beyond the normal supporter.
